A new headquarters for the Eastern Market corporation in Detroit, Michigan. The project was developed through a study of precast concrete, Double Tee structural elements & Shape grammar expressed through tectonic minimalism to order universal free span spatial systems, daylight strategies, and enclosure systems that support energy generation. The site development includes efforts to address the Eastern Market 2025 plan for improved pedestrian experiences, new open green spaces, passive stormwater treatment and regenerative landscape architecture design in sustainable architecture.
