the main goal of this project is to connect people back with their history and love for water that has been in this small community for many years this also allows for the implamentation of affordable housing and ecological education centers that stem from these new eco systems brought back into the site through its historical water works site where a park once sat this project is mainly focused on medium to low income household and creating new commercial spaces
